1. Introduction and acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Skillapido website, products, and services, including Rapid Action Micro‑Guides (RAMs) and related content (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
• You are capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law.

If you are under 18, you may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. Skillapido is not responsible for the misrepresentation of age by the user. However, if we find inaccuracy in the age provided, we will immediately terminate the account and notify the authorities. 

3. Description of services

Skillapido provides short, practical learning resources called Rapid Action Micro‑Guides (RAMs), delivered in multiple formats, including PDF guides, videos, audio summaries, slides, infographics, and quizzes. 

RAMs are designed to help you learn and/or polish focused skills quickly and apply them in your work and life, but they are not formal degrees or accredited certifications.

Skillapido may update, expand, or remove content and features from time to time.

4. Accounts, security, and communications

To purchase and access certain Services, you may need to create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

Skillapido may send you transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations, access links, security alerts) and service‑related messages. You can manage marketing communication preferences separately.

5. Pricing, payments, refunds, and taxes

• Prices for RAMs, bundles, and subscriptions are displayed on the Website and may change over time.
• Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers using methods such as cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. Where required by law, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes will be added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Refunds:

Skillapido does not offer a refund. In rare cases, if a refund request appears genuine and our team has reviewed it, we can issue a cash or kind refund if the request is made within seven days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided as part of the Services—including RAMs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, infographics, quizzes, and software—is owned by Skillapido or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Skillapido grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content for your personal, non‑commercial use.

You must not:

• Share, resell, or redistribute RAMs, bundles, or any content to others.
• Upload RAMs or significant parts of them to public websites, groups, or drives.
• Remove copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices.

Become an Affiliate if you want to use our RAMs to earn money or use them as content. We do offer a 25% commission. Visit the Affiliate Programme page (link in the footer).

7. User conduct and acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or discriminatory activity.
• Upload, share, or transmit content that is obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the security or integrity of the Services.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access or purchase content, except where explicitly allowed.

Skillapido reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are violated. In cases of severe violations, we may also pursue legal charges. 

8. No professional or guaranteed outcomes

Skillapido RAMs are designed to share practical skills and strategies, but results depend on your effort, context, and other factors beyond Skillapido’s control. Nothing in the Services constitutes professional legal, financial, medical, or mental‑health advice.

Skillapido does not promise specific outcomes, such as promotions, income increases, or exam success.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillapido and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the 6–12 months preceding the claim, as permitted by law.

10. Termination and suspension

Skillapido may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, if:

• You materially breach these Terms or applicable laws.
• You engage in fraud, misuse, or harmful behaviour.
• Required by law, regulation, or court order.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Some provisions (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply even after termination.

11. Changes to the Services and Terms

Skillapido may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time, including content, features, and pricing.

Skillapido may also update these Terms. When changes are material, Skillapido will provide notice (for example, by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email or in‑product notification). 

Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may also include an internal dispute resolution or mediation step before formal legal action.
